Elmente is the mayor over the town. He was personally chosen by Emperor Pereira for his expertise in managing Gentico. That colony, being in the Continent of Slithane, is where people go to acquire a sense of unending paranoia from the remnants of the Coatalans. Now that he no longer needs his nerves on edge, laws are relaxed.
Defences
A regiment of fusiliers keeps watch over the town’s security.
History
Mariana’s founding comes during the period of heroic kings in Calvora’s history. It was founded by Don Trajero, a man who saved many lives slaying remnants of undead abominations from the Necromantic War.
Tourism
One of the key appeals of the Madrians are their loose and relaxed mindsets. It is reflected within their settlements and is most evident within Mariana. Because of this, Madria is sought by Triumvirate citizens and officials to party within.
Clawed Beach
It gets its name because when viewed on a map, it looks like a cosmic deity had clawed into it and water poured into the deeper areas. This beachside is where many go to socialize and is no secret that it's a lover's resort. Families are advised to keep to Soliena Beach, though it is smaller.
Geography
Napitan Channel
The water brushing the shores of Mariana’s beaches comes from the Napitan Channel to the south of the city.
