Kotokonu

A Kotokonu is a massive venomous snake that will also squeeze its victims to death like a constrictor. It is said to grow to twenty meters in length and has the ability to swallow a massive animal such as an elephant. The beast is generally found in warm climates and in desert oases, but can also be found in caverns and cave systems deep within mountains. It feeds roughly three times per year, and is unlikely to attack a small creature such as a humanoid unless provoked or starved.
