Fleetmaster (Seafarer Dwarves)

Fleetmaster is a considered a senior command rank within the Navies of the Seafarer Dwarves. It is located between the ranks of Admiral and Seamaster in the chain of command. Fleetmasters are responsible for the tactical and strategic operations of a collection of ships (a fleet) at sea, and will be one of the reports to a fleet's Admiral. (The Admiral will have other direct reports handling logistics, dockside operations, and other aspects of fleet maintenance.)
