Edillmeera Libnip

Edmileera Libnip is a gnomish engineer living in the Glitterhold, one of the great Dwarven Delves. She is responsible for the development of the advancement to catapult and ballista technology that has made Dwarven weaponry superior for the past two hundred or so years.
