Thrak'kraxis

Thrak'kraxis is the name of the survivors of Septoland and many other regions that the Metallic Dragons began hunting them.
Since then, they operate after establishing a kind of truce with Sofel.
Structure
The Thrak'kraxis are a cult composed of dragons and non-dragons who venerate the overlord who exerts influence over dragonkind.
Cultists of the Thrak'kraxis disseminate Tiamat's spawn throughout Theras, establishing hidden nests beneath major cities. These spawn are gathered by the Thrak'kraxis to build an army. The cult also collects artifacts and other resources in preparation for battles. Talons have been known to summon avatars of Tiamat, Garyx, Falazure themselves.
Culture
The cults attract followers from both draconic and non-draconic races, including dragons, Dragonborn, humanoids, Rakshasa, and other Devils. Some humanoids or fiends may undergo transformations into half-dragons, while dragons can become half-fiends. Humanoid members are often imbued with draconic, fiendish, or arcane abilities.
