Those Gnolls, particularly their skilled archers, are highly valued mercenaries due to their natural affinity for melee combat. While internal power struggles within the Aizsym Khanate are common, they strictly adhere to the commands of their employers and refuse to engage in conflict with other gnoll groups at the behest of outsiders. The Pacts exhibit a higher level of organization than many other gnoll groups in Theras and they prioritize loyalty to their pack while maintaining a strong sense of kinship with other gnolls within the Pact.
