Proclamation of the Eternal Truth

Proclamation of the Eternal Truth is the customary ritual that is done in the Arqmati Pantheon.
Once every 10 years, many of the holy men of the various faiths of the pantheon are obligated or sometimes initiate it themselves this custom of going before the most high ranking of faith within the pantheon and changing their faith.
This proclamation emphasize that there are many ways to progress and many aspects for the world as it not as Black and White as many clerics of different pantheons are so fixed on.

History

The First Proclamation of Truth is rumored to have been done by Arqmat, when every month, he became a different representetive of every deity within the pantheon, proclaiming their message;

Execution

There are two instances of the people changing faith within the faith, with the first being the rarer:

Changing of the Guard

The Changing of the guard is a call of mostly outsiders to 'exhchange' their clerics among the pantheons, in order to facilitate some kind of contract or aid one other as a 'favor'. It is often unheard of, that the clerics reject this exchange, but once they do, they are mysteriously disappearing. Those who are called to service, even if they are not aware of the details of the faith, are often gifted with the insight by an outsider so they can accomplish the duty of the faith.

Arqmatization

Often mistaken for the act of becoming believer of the Arqmati Pantheon, it is actually the voluntary practice of a cleric changing his faith. Many clerics envision a different path after 10 years or think they can have a different approach in order to accomplish their ideals or their goals. It is very rare for a cleric to have been rejected from the choice - Thge Sages tell that this holy man is not as learned in the new faith and hasn't done the necessary work of the faith.

The Ritual

The ritual is conducted among a circle or a square of 200 ft', where all the pantheon is presented with Clerics of each faith. When a willing faithful wants to change his faith outside of The Sultans of Buqmat or The League of Balikhan, it is usually done so without clerics, but only holy symbols, which connect to clerics or Outsider which serve the deity. In the rare cases, sometimes the deity itself present itself, for powerful individuals.
Each representative votes on whether he approves the transaction to other faith within the Arqmati pantheon. If is ia Changing of the guards, the majority required is 50%. However, for Arqmatization, it is 75%.
