First Citizen

The First Citizen is the head of the Common Voice of The Nation of Kandar.

Advisors:

A group of 30 appointed ministers known as the The People's Counsel, are chosen by lottery from across The Nation of Kandar, advise the First Citizen on various matters of governance.

Appointment

Following the election of new representatives to the Common Voice every five years, the Common Voice members appoint the First Citizen to lead the nation.

Duties

As the head of the Common Voice, the First Citizen presides over biannual meetings and special sessions. They also serve as the leader of Kandar's Executive Office and hold the position the nation's capital city.
