Evocation Rod
Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
An Evocation Rod is a type of device used by Silent Companies of the Aderian Royal Army in order to mitigate the effects of harmful spells used against the Might of the Holy Pact. Evocation rods divert spells towards themselves away from friendly units, much like how lightning rods divert lightning bolts. Despite their name, evocation rods work on all schools of magic.
Manufacturing process
Evocation rods are created by the Conclave of Magi within House Befargreier facilities.
