Elkanon of Orthali

Lord Elkanon was the lord of Orthali from its foundation, up until the Kadian Invasion of Rakion.
Lord Elkanon was reknown philanthropist who was brutally and for no reasons, killed by the Kadian Dominion, having survived numerous assassinations. His body was hanged out for the rest of the campaign until burned off after finishing the Dorili Genocide.
In Fonacius 1,051 AB, the Morning Stars had liberated his city from the curse that had befallen it by a Blue Dragon, which was amplified by the horrible acts of the dominion in the Genocide.
Elkanon was an active general during the Crusades of the Unbound Scales in service to Amon-Thal.
