Deep Kingdom of Torkia

The Deep Kingdom of Torkia, sometimes also simply known as the Deep Kingdom, is a Duergar kingdom in north-western Epeoris.
Structure
Though officially it is regarded as a kingdom, the term "empire" is a better description of Torkia. The Dehur Kai acts as the supreme tyrant, and commands several other lesser kais, each ruling over their own isolated kingdom.
The kais are free to govern as they please, as long as they pay their tributes and respect to their superior.
Territories
Save for a few enclaves, it is believed that Torkia rules over the majority of the Upperdark and Middledark in Epeoris, and speculated to also rule over large portions of the Lowerdark. It is worth noting that these areas are unmapped, and the extent of the kingdom is unknown.
