Common Voice

The Common Voice is ruling body of The Nation of Kandar, comprising 250 representatives elected by the citizenry every five years. Each municipality within Kandar elects a single representative to the Council, and each major guild also holds a representative seat. The Common Voice oversees all aspects of governance, from municipal leadership to military operations.
