Basic Information

Biological Cycle

it takes a colossus tree approximately 70 years to reach its adult size which starts a t around 60 -80 metres. In its adolescent years the tree should recieve plenty of water and nutrients daily, which means it is expensive to grow such a tree in the desert of abaisgar. When it gets to adulthood, the tree can still continue and grow. If the tree recieves 50,000 gallons of water once it reached adulthood, it will go through a transformation known as Crown Closure in which the tree grows massive, its trunk gets wider and sturdier. Furthermore, the leaves grows longer and become exceptionally hard. After the Crown Closure, the tree can provide shade and shelter to large communities in the desert.
