"Yes, the dreaming sea is covered with them, apparently a primordial or similar creature criss-crossed the sea and left the lines with its passing."
"A creature left this? But it's immense, it's the width of the city above..."
"I'm sure you'll find the city is built across the line, one of the reasons the Sorcerers came here... They wanted to study how one city completely ensconsed in an essence line would be altered. Rumors say it's a creature of the Wyld, although, rumors are rumors... But the rumor I've heard is that the lines are an even greater creature's veins, and this primordial, of sorts, means to animate it, a creature the size of creation."
