Star Quills

A native species of heaven, Star Quills are summoned whenever a mystically binding agreement is reached and needs to be sealed, whether it's a Dragon-blooded, Sidereal or Solar: Chosen of the Unconquered Sun, but not by an Abyssal: Chosen of Oblivion or Infernal: Chosen of the Yozi. Apparently, being bound to fate is a requirement for the creatures to treat with you.
