Ostensibly a Satrap of the Realm, this title is actually its own fiefdom, with independence only belied by a token tribute being sent to the blessed isle.

Ruled by three powerful clans, each trading off the posts of Rani-Satrap(over-satrap in Old Realm), and Tanist(Appointed Caretaker in same).

With lands along the Candlefire River, all the way to the Summer Mountains, its large plains-dominated lands give it an edge in terms of being a breadbasket in terms of land-based foods, Ysyr, Y'danna, Volivat and Champloor pushing back with their mix of grain, cattle and seafood industries.
