Mercenary Regiment

Up to five distinct mercenary companies, reinforced companies or light companies, regrouped in a single command. Requires an explicit permit to operate inside Nexus, but is allowed to serve as territorial protection for the city with just regular letters patent accepting to protect the city in exchange for food/pay.
