Darkwyne

To the casual observer, Darkwyne is the underworld's equivalent of water, much rarer, but unlike water, especially seawater, not caustic or overtly dangerous to ghosts.
To those chosen of the Neverborn, those with an ounce of sense, it is a cursed medicine, forcing them to forget, while dulling the sharper edges of the Neverborn's own quite caustic touch, lessening the 'shivering of their souls'.
