1000-Ishvara
The superior version of all Raksha, their more evolved form.
When one of the Fiar Folk's legend evolves to the point its evocation can make the unshaped take a step back by its own sheer power, when the Hannya cannot consume one such that they reform from the power of their own legend. When other Ishvara can detect you've reached such a height of power, they will honor you with such a title. Careful, they've been known to refer to Chosen of the Sun and Moon this way, and at least one careless Chosen lost their mortal nature and became an actual Ishvara, with the same strengths and weaknesses as their kind.
Once the title 'hits' enough times, it's believed the title 'catches' and becomes a condition, transforming the being's ability to influence Glamour. In some formal settings, it is referred to as: cyfaredd-trefnydd, glamour, beauty or charm-shaper. Once the being is properly infected, it's mastery of glamour and wyld-shaping reaches truly terrifying heights, and their kind recognize no masters save into the deepest meandres of the wyld where unshaped and unclassifyable beings like Ketu, the Shimmering Dream dwell.
Considering the condition or 'disease' of Ishvara us cumulative to the others 'conditions of rank', like they all are, but it also shines as a mark of status and rank among their kind. Balor of the Terrible Gaze, famous for its contest, one-on-one, with Ignis Divine himself, is an example of a Fair Folk of this status.
