Village of Fjordmist
The most northwesterly point of Alfheim overlooks Pomme Bay, and acts as a port for goods poled down the River Celon from the east. It is a green and beautiful enclave laced with mountain springs and rivers, well-protected from weather by the same mountains. Fog rolls down from the peaks and into the valley, blanketing the town but are cleared from the shore by sea winds. Otherwise it wouldn't make a very good port, would it?
In the early days of the Realm, an inhabitant of this village was instrumental in stopping the rot emanating from the north from encroaching into Alfheim. Greenroot Valley, where Fjordmist sits, is named in rememberance of him.
