Full Moon Amulet

A magical amulet that lets the bearer read certain encoded ancient texts.

Must be charged for 1 hour under moonlight and provides ten hours of magical illumination.

Also gives the bearer dreams of Selûne when it is charged (1/4 chance per night).

The amulets were constructed by the goddess for her followers.
