The Angelic Lights

These act as wandering courthouses and libraries dedicated to solely and exclusively to the gods of Law and Good. Similar to forums in the major cities, here is where you'll find many beings from the Outer Planes having tough philosophical discussions.   When traumatic events happen on the Material Plane their circular structures will spin and glow and rush off to the area so see if any justice needs to be decided.   If the gods need disagree on whether or now something upholds the ideal of Law or Good they will send an emissary here to argue their case in front of a Higher Angel who will interpret the Truth of the matter by communing through an ancient artifact that acts as a foci directly into the ancient echoes of Law and Good.   Despite their claims, Law and Good exist the control of the gods, even those of the most ancient make. The gods arose from the battle of Chaos and Law so they are in more control than a child has control over their parents. Yes, they can yell and scream and throw a fit, but that is the action of one who knows they are weak and resorting to petty manipulation to try and get their way.   So it is here where the gods attempt to prove their control over Law and Chaos. Similar to how a Wizard studies the weaves of fate and magic, the gods believe that the more they can learn they more power they can wield over these powers. They hope to set in motion momentum to gain more power.   The more they manipulate Law and Chaos, the more they can empower their followers, which makes more people want to follow them, which leads to more power so they can empower their followers further. And thus the cycles continues.   And so they make their Angelic Lights in an attempt to solidify their power and enfoce it on the Material Plane.
