Unquiet

When a spirit becomes unquiet, its emotional make-up changes. Or at least, so it appeared in my experiments. Most spirits tend to be quiet, not affecting the living. But the rare, unquiet spectre is most formidable indeed.

Should you find in the presence of an unquiet spirit, know that they are at their most dangerous when they exhude a type of extreme cold.
