Astaroth Urithair'Vaul'Arcaine
Calm head and an angry heart, this a self-imposed exile and wayward templar is a man who has already been broken and slowly being put back together.
If I wanted you dead we wouldn't be having this conversation.
Relationships
History
Their relationship has been one of much scandle and gossip amongst the courtiers and nobility of Rie'shae and beyond over the years, even catching the attention of one prominent Rie'shae bard, penning the louse ballad "?". The bard is well known for haunting to doorways of the Oshire districts pleasure houses and had become allegedly privy to the couple's first blossoming romance and secret meetings that followed. Olarae and Astaroths relationship is atypical by Dral'azie standards, though it has endured scrutiny due to their different positions on the social hierarchy and their places in society due to gender roles, on the whole it balances out and is viewed as acceptable, though this is entirely dependent on who you ask. Typically like most Dral'azie relationships they are polyamorous, having other partners and dalliances even possessing their own 'harems' that act as part of their household, but at its core the couple view themselves as each other's primary companion and partner. This has in no doubt led to issues between the two, either disliking the partners of the other, or having to keep their other lovers in line when they attempt to interfere. (Generally a situation that can quickly turn lethal in Dral society, particularly with females). Despite this openness, both experience pangs of jealously. Astaroth is particularly prone to this - this could be due to his emotionally stunted upbringing, making him unable to process such feelings and bottling them up opposed to Olaraes far more liberal upbringing. However, she does exhibit moments of possessiveness and know to throwing full-fledged tantrums when she feels he is not giving her his full attention. As such she enjoys toying with him, purposefully coxing and riling him up, enflaming all his bottled up anger and emotion, bringing it to a boiling point till he explodes. Usually appearing in the intense, passionate encounters. Rumours spread amongst then nobility commenting perhaps this is why Olarae has not picked up and dropped him so readily, well known for her amorous appetites, quickly growing bored and disinterested with her previous conquests. While others have commented that the pair do appear to be surprisingly close and warm with one another, surprising for the notoriously cold and indifferent Astaroth, who expresses very few emotions if any emotions openly.

He didn't have to fake a smile, bad news was one thing that never failed to amuse him.
