Supreme Vaultkeeper

The Supreme Vaultkeeper is the highest ranking individual within the Black Bastion. They have access to all the vaults and safes with the Bands of the Vaultkeeper. Throughout history, the person in this position has also been the Envoy of Avaritia as they have incredible power over the financial means of the city of Rornach.
