Ofrelia

Ofrelia is a land at the edge of the known world, bordered on it's East with the Shadow Mountains.  For thousands of years the region has been home hundreds of small kingdoms, each served by a druidic circle of advisors.  In the past century however a pandemic has devastated the noble lines.  In the wake of thousands of dead nobles land titles have accumulated in the hands of a few remaining bloodlines.  Most prominent among these is House Julpu, who after defeating their rivals in a short war declared their head Wygost the III as the King of all Ofrelia.
