North-East Zang is in temperate climate with temperatures almost never reaching the freezing point. The eastwind brings enough rain from the ocean to sustain the swamps beneath the plateau. Zangian Humans are the predominant species in that area, inhabiting Hisashi Empire and their capital, Hisashi, with Tuatarians living in the swamps.
