The language being completely phonetic means that when writing it in the Scholar's Script that there are some letters not used, as they write what they hear.
The hard C and soft C sounds are replaced with K and S.
Q has been replaced with K as well as the hard sound for K sounds similar to the sound of Q.
Y has also been changed to I and U, meaning instead of Y you would use the relevant sound.
The English letter X is also not apart of the language. Rather than writing X, they would spell it EKS this is due to the sound the letters make, they hear the individual letters.

Words containing two of the same letters wouldn't write it as OO, it would follow the Scholar's Script and be written along the lines of O>. Silent letters have also been removed, Knife is now Nife when written down. The silent letters aren't necessary or what they would hear.
