Spell block
[mod] Added disease and curse to the title in the form.
[mod] Added a description to the traits field.
[mod] New select box: Spell, Curse, Disease or Focus. Default is Spell if undefined (for existing blocks).
[mod] Backward fix: old blocks with Curse, Disease or Focus traits also show up that trait in the header properly.
[mod] Description field has the formatting buttons visible now.
[mod] Traits are now sorted and dupes get removed automatically.
[fix] Fixed the color of the 3 top input fields.
[fix] Adjusted the height of the dropdown box to display the whole text.
