This is the public access map for sector 12-C, it comes free with every ship based comms and navigation equipment and is taught by most curriculums in 12-C. Each line on the map represents a Jump Point that a compatible Yates - Sanderson drive can use. Blue can be used by any drive and is usually a short journey, orange can still be used by most drives but start to stress the endurance of the drives and crew on-board, red lines are either too unstable for use or have a journey time over 2 and half weeks which can cause issues with the crew. Systems are denoted by coloured rings, green systems host a thriving community with habited planet, yellow is either not yet colonised or marked for future expansion, brown systems are either owned by private organisations or abandoned; so they may not exist as planned, red systems are dangerous, usually black holes or high intensity pulsars, modern shields can withstand these but older engines may not be able to escape a black hole system.
