Still, creating and running and supporting The World of Raios and its community is a lot of work as well as a lot of expense. Fixed costs include:
And so we also are asking the community - including you! - to support us with Patreon memberships. Even free Patreon members will have access there to our announcements / blog / newsletter about Raios. But an Adventurer level - for player content - is available and inexpensive. And a Game Master level - with GM-only content - is also available. If you sign up for either donating Patreon membership you will be helping keep this site, its content and its Discord community up and running:

Over time as a Patreon member, you'll also have access to new content as we build out the rest of the World of Raios in a way which aligns with the detail and the content about the starting content of Aorlan. Each release will add many locations, playable cultures, deities and more. And, for GMs, each will include some new playable settings and adventures. Our planned release schedule looks like this:
As a service to the TTRPG community and to new players, we also plan to prepare and share free beginner-friendly content that helps new people get started in this fun hobby. More players and more GMs is good for all of us! And for the industry of creatives who make our games. Leveling up ourselves as players and as GMs is also good for all of us. We're envisioning these as "courses" that anyone can take for free here on the World of Raios site and in the Raios Discord community. If things go as planned, that schedule will be:
