Mont-Royal Arcology
Many fought against its construction, its design, it's materials, it's domotics-included requirements, but 20 years after it was built, the Mont-Royal Arcology still stands, a monument to urban steel and glass. Imposed via gag order in council of the united city, its financing is seen by many as the reason behind the power of the Desjardins banking concerns.
Standing at most six stories high, over uneven, hilly terrain, its appearance is likened to a huge skyscraper half-swallowed by the very earth itself. 500 Meters to a side, it's 250000 sq meter area ranks first in post-isolation structures in the city. A truly massive residential building, it constitutes its own riding in municipal elections.
