Dancamortian Charter
The Dancamortian Charter is the founding document under which the Three Brothers Isles were raised and their cities founded. It settles the wars between Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades that occurred in the lead-up to the Litigation of Flames.
According to legend, it was written on the skin of a flayed Fiend in the Celestial Courts, and thus cannot be observed directly by Humanoid eyes. A copy is displayed within the Hadesian Basilica.
Document Structure
Clauses
1. The sunken islands on the Material Plane known to history as Tormentoll, Hyarnutoll, and the Hrótollë shall be raised and made suitable for mortal life.
1.1. Tormentoll shall be given to Poseidon and his followers, and called Psedonia evermore.
1.2. Hyarnutoll shall be given to Hades and his followers, and called Hadesia evermore.
1.3. The Hrótollë shall be given to Zeus and his followers, and called Zewa evermore.
2. No being, mortal or immortal, shall reside on any of the three islands, henceforth referred to as the Three Brothers Isles, who is not an avowed subject of the god of the island.

3. Clause 3 and its subclauses details the founding of cities of the followers of the gods: Thebouranós on Zewa, Barcarolle on Psedonia, and Dancamort on Hadesia. The citizens of each city are to be faithful followers of their island's god and his rules. Each city is to repay its faithful citizens with "ghévamat anu xháramat" (Celestial for "sustenance and joy").
4. Clause 4 and its subclauses dictate the specifics of the construction of the grand temples and royal halls where the mortals of the Three Brothers Isles will fulfill their promises to the gods and vice-versa. They include addendums for the construction of buildings like the Hall of the Daemon Ascendant and the Hadesian Basilica.
