Mildred Primlane
A former part-time waitress at The Restaurant and occasional backup singer for Daddy and the Dead, Mildred is now the new owner of Primlane House and the Headmistress of Miss Primlane's Home for Abandoned, Mistreated, Unwanted, and Unloved Girls.
