Oakwood Forest

Basically a regular forest. It is very dense and full of various beasts. Most people who stray in don't come out. The locals know to stay away and to keep their children close. Werewolves are often found in the depths of the woods. The forest's edges are up level with the surrounding ground. As you go further in, the ground starts to slope. The more/most dangerous beasts lurk closest to the center, but even they do not dare live in the very center of it all. Only Slayers have been known to have homes/hideouts in the forest. Bandits don't go near if they can help it. No one does. A legend often told about the forest is that Time himself lives there, in a place that no one can ever find. Death and Life are said to live close by, which is why so many people that wonder inside are forever lost to the outside world.

Geography

Found in the exact center of Upper Ocatia. Which is probably weird, but no one has been able to explain why. The forest never grows past a certain point, and it is a perfect circle. If it were to be view from space, it would be a circle that appears to swallow anything in the middle. An accurate description, as the middle does tend to swallow things. A bramble pit encases the center, said to have magical artifacts as old as Time itself.

Fauna & Flora

Unidentified grasses, flowers, and trees grow here. Also some more common types of trees and flowers, such as oaks, pines, dogwoods, periwinkle, roses, etc. They all grow together in harmony, nothing using anything else without giving something back. It is the most lush forest in the whole land.

Natural Resources

Many, many, MANY trees. Also has clean water, various edible plants, and also trees.
