White-Winged Fox | Lost Waves

White-Winged Fox

White Winged Foxes are celestial creatures brought to the material plane through magic, often to serve as guides or even pets. They can be very loyal and kind guardians to those who treat them well, and having one as a companion is considered lucky in itself.   There are cases of powerful enough Find Familiar spells that have been able to summon white-winged foxes, but most will connect with one on a personal level and gain a friend. A friend that can provide invaluable aid.

Actions

Bite. Melee weapon attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 feet, one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) 1d4+2 piercing damage.   Help. The fox aids a creature within 5 feet to make an attack or ability check. The creature has advantage on performing that task on their next turn. If the fox as an emotional bond with the one they are helping, they can do so at a distance of 10 feet instead.

The creature is, for the most part, a snow white fox. But protruding from its back are large feathered wings that allow the fox to fly. Its two tails helps it keep balance and represents how it can guide others.

While they could theoretically be present anywhere, most white winged foxes are either found on the upper planes, or in temperate to cold climates. Mostly in forested areas.
