The Fount
The leader of The Dust can easily be perceived as the nonchalant and cocky, but he's never without his guards, and he always makes sure to have the upper hand in any situation before getting into it. His backup-plans have backup-plans. And several escape routes for himself.
As a leader, the Fount is good enough at his job that nothing can ever be traced back to him personally. Thus he acts more or less freely, with his ties to the criminal underworld an open secret. This also means that he acts as a bridge between the worlds, granting legitimacy to endeavours that otherwise wouldn't be, but also allowing honest citizens the ability to achieve objectives without thinking too much about how it happened.

Body Features
A deep red skin, slightly mottled long his back. The Fount is always well dressed and considered very attractive by most.
Special abilities
While it's clear the Fount does have some sort of magic abilities, the exact origin of these is unknown. As is the extent of them.
Personality Characteristics
Likes & Dislikes
The Fount is known for his knowledge of wine, foods and spirits. He doesn't seem to mind being surrounded by... less cultured individuals, but he would never stoop to anything less than being refined himself.
Personality Quirks
The Fount seemingly has several very distinct mannerisms, such as tapping his glass while thinking, tilting his head while judging someone's character, or playing with a coin between his fingers. The problem is, what manners he has changes, and all of them are actually conscious, practised and performed to judge the one he's talking to more than they are actual manners of his.
