The flying city

The flying city is a misterious place for those who are not citizens. From the point of view of someone in the ground, it's a huge almost flat donut, around 10km in diameter, which fly about the area north of Entrelai's river, slowly in a circular patter. The donut area is mostly grey, with veins of blue and green, closer to the centre of the donut, red veins start to appear as well. The hole in the centre of the donut is a huge ligh source, similar to the sun in intensity, allowing natural light to reach the ground, while the city is eclipsing the sun.
Underneath the city, there is another one. This is an itinerant city, which moves with the city up top. This city doesn't have a official name, but most people call it, The Lower City.
