Olav Beadon

Olav ran a farm that grew a desert plant used in the drug Mirye. He often made deals that he didn't follow up on and got into trouble over it several times.
Over time he's conned, bartered, and tricked his way into high rankings among the western lord's ranks in The Pile.
He started The Tumult and ran it until he died in a bug attack.

Childhood

It wasn't easy growing up Vivie in an Ovie town, that may be why Olav left home for Vullavual Laud at 13. Though life in the wastes was arguably harder.

He got a job on a Jidrern farm and eventually took it over when he drugged the previous owner with the plants they grew and dumped them in the desert.
