Once a doc worker in Ocuv Ana, Buckeye was caught in a Criolidhium related explosion and was heavily mutated. No longer able to perform his duties, and somewhat deranged from his mutations, Buckey fled to Ciarn for unknown reasons. He is now under the thumb of a Cartel boss called Ivec, and a manic cult.
