Rusted stars

The rusted stars is an object found in the Rusted tower which has only been seen from afar. It is composed of two star-like objects, one inside the other, which rotate each other in differents directions, and was discovered by the Therik compasses.

The bigger star is 7 pointed and each end points in a different direction and in different angles. It rotates clock-wise and takes a couple of minutes to finish a whole rotation. Its middle is empty, with the smaller star rotating in its core. It is black-coloured.

The smaller star is four pointed with its ends positioned so the star has a cross form. It rotates anti clock-wise and takes less than a minute to finish a whole rotation. It has a silver color.

Little else is known about these stars as the instability of the tower has stopped the Therik compasses from even thinking of going to get it. But they have seen a couple of events in which the stars have been the stars.

First event was in the first day the compasses found about the tower. The compassess where fighting a couple of monsters and an arrow flew towards the stars in the middle of the chaos. The arrow activated a protection system and the stars shined brightly before a shield materialized out of nowhere and protected them. The shield did not disappeared until the end of the combat. The compasses never tried to trigger the shield again since the fight.

The other event happens periodically. If the compassess stay near the tower for four nights, then the small start shines all night long and once the day starts, everyone that slept woke up refreshed and filled with energy. The star fades back to its normal colour as a small mark of a 4-pointed star appear on the people faces.
