Etrakt house

The etrakt house, located in the deeps of Xipho, its the main base of the etrakt, a crime organization leaded by Ilmas.
Started to be build 2 years ago, the house has been fully finished some months ago and it quickly was occupied by the etrakt. As the group is rather small nowadays, the house is mostly empty and it has a lot of place to expand in a future. It has a training ground behind the house, carved in the walls of the cave, where new recuits are trained by Ilmas herself. They managed to settle in Xipho by promising with magic that they will not do crime in Xipho. If the magic pact breaks because they did crime in the town, their house and training grounds will collapse and they would be sent to a random dimension, thus why its highly difficult to join the etrakt even if they have a big reputation and why their numbers are small.
The magical pact is hard but Ilmas accepted it in a weakness moment, as it would allow her and her group to torment Tashan and its leader, Pasha, and as it is an easy and quick access to the sea, where their main crimes happen. Everyone in the group knows about the hate Ilmas as versus Pasha althought they do not know why and Ilmas refuses to give explanations.
The two upper levels are full of bedrooms and bathrooms, even if nowadays only 10 or so rooms are used (less than the rooms in the upper level. The two other levels are rooms as libraries, kitchens, living rooms, weapon rooms, armories, treasure rooms, etc. Ilmas herself helped and supervised the construction of the house, leading people to believe there are secret rooms or basements, but althougth many tried to find them, expecting riches and similars, no one ever found something, be it because it does not exist or because it might be magical protected and most of the etrakt do not know how to use magic.
