Special commander
The rank of Special Commander is given to talented individuals that have shown a propensity for hard work, a love for their nation and brothers in arms, a caring for those beneath them in rank, and shrewdness in battle and diplomatic occasions.
The Special commander has several main duties mainly overseeing the operations of Codes (200 squads of 4-5 troops) Tactical advisor to their General or Lt. General in their specialization and to, when a Lt. General is unavailable, give out field orders.
Specializations
The specializations for a Special Commander falls under six catigorys: Infantry, Mounted, Airborne, Coastal, Magician, and Scoutsman.Infantry
General foot soldiers, archers, and artillery.Mounted
Troops that excell at mounted combat.Airborne
Troops that either have a natural ability to fly for extended periods of time or have training with airborne mounts. Flying horsemen, Wyvern riders, Griffon riders, Large groups of people with wings and excellent constitution.Magician
Composed of Magicians and Counter Magical troops. Wizards, Sorcerers, Combat oriented clerics, Antimagic fighters, Druids, Paladins.Scoutsmen
One of the most challenging specializations, squads trained to go into enemy territory and map ground while remaining undetected, they sometimes will preform sabotage on enemy camps. Anyone stealthy and hardcore enough, lots of ranger types here.Benefits

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The rank of Special Commander is not given lightly and as such there are clear expectations of behavior that should never be demonstrated.
Neither does a Special Commander resign without reason, the position for all its privileges requires commitment.

The Grounds for an honorable dismissal very and are rather extensive compared to other nations at this time (7590 SE) and are as follows:
- Injury preventing Commander from completing duties efficiently
- Debilitating chronic illness
- Clan obligations (such as suddenly becoming head of their clan
- suddenly becoming sole guardian over a child
- Death that does not incriminate the deceased
- Professionally identified Chronic Mental Distress
- Divine calling (such as becoming a monk)
- Old age min 63 in human years
- Treason
- Duty inhibiting fraternization
- Assault
- Intimate relations with an inhibited party
- Murder
- Poaching
- Malicious misallocation of military goods
- Slothfulness
- Partaking in war crimes
- Enabling war crimes
