The trees know. They experience. They endure. The Treespeaker delves the trees for their wisdom and uses it to manipulate the world around her. Treespeakers are the Deepers’ connection to their environment. They are identified at an early age in rituals unknown to outsiders. They train to attend to the Deepwood above all other masters and are more interested what is best for the Deepwood than they are in the wishes of the various Starseekers and Reacher Captains they serve. Treespeakers are masters of all the forms of life and are able to summon, command, heal and shape the flora and fauna around them.
