The Eldana are one of the three human ethnic groups that make up the population of the island of Achia, which became a unified country only a few decades ago. The label 'Achian' has not been universally accepted by all yet, with outsiders much more likely to use it.
The Eldana are a group of nomadic tribes that live on the harsh tundral plains to the north of Achia. Their lifestyle revolves around herding reindeer. They are hunter-gatherers and do not engage in agriculture.
They worship the winds.
