Skyros

Skyros is an Aegean island located almost exactly in the middle of the Aegean Sea. The local kings there, though holding limited political power, are beholden to no one and have long offered their island as a neutral harbor for vessels from all around the Thalassa.

Geography

The island has an area of roughly 80 square miles. Forest covers the north while the mountain Kochila dominates the south. The town of Skyros lies on a beach between the two.
