Water Whip
You create a whip of water that shoves and pulls one creature you can see within range to unbalance it. The target makes a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d10 bludgeoning damage and you can either knock it prone or pull it up to 25 feet closer to you. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and you don’t pull it or knock it prone.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d10 for each spell slot level above 3.
