Marcy Correlandor is a close personal friend and my former apprentice. She has worked alongside Arcanum Noctus and specifically Condictor Mundi before, however recently has turned away from the organisation to follow other paths. As a member of Arcanum her speciality was in delving into the hidden nooks of Weird and learning to best understand and help those who were afflicted. She was once nicknamed the "Saint of the Order" for her nature to help those who had been affected regardless of their involvement in the events that took place.
While I cannot attest to her current whereabouts, as she keeps them more hidden than she does her missions, I can attest to her recent plans and how this has worked in accordance and contrary to the goals that we have in Arcanum. But note, dear reader, that I am not disheartened by her current goals and practice but instead thank her for her ambition, her goals while obscured I am certain have positive motives.

A History

Born in Halt during 1874, Marcy was a healthy and normal child for many years. As is familiar with those in the Correlandor family, she was raised to be a polite and capable girl. Her happy childhood would not last forever. On the eve of 4th Highwinter 1885, there was an incident that occured within Correlandor manor. The incident lead to the deaths of both her mother and her father due to a strange curse that afflicted the young child. It invoked a temporary form of vampirism that forced the young child to tear out the throats of her parents.
I was the leader of the collective who found young Miss Correlandor and at this time I took her up as my ward and apprentice. By doing so I set forth an expectation that should she need help, I was always there. For the next 7 years, I let her grow and train as a start to her future capabilities as a member of Arcanum, which she gladly took part in wishing to let no other go through the same events that she did. It was on the eve of her 18th birthday that she was put under her first mission within a collective of three others. I will not speak to the success of the mission as I have been strongly advised to keep away from her files. You see as a parental figure in her life, it is not my place to be involved with her in Arcanum. This rule is set in place so as to avoid the likelyhood that emotion would cloud anyones judgment. There are, as there always will be, exceptions made on each individual case. However, due to the nature by which Marcy was first found, it was deemed that I should remain outside of her Arcanum career.
Whilst I cannot attest for her time within Arcanum, I am poignently aware of when she left. After some powerful event during a mission in 1901, Marcy left not only Arcanum but also left me a note stating that she was leaving home and working on her own project. I haven't yet seen the full fruits of her labor, but I am finding reports of a shadowy figure with dark brown hair that is leaving scenes of missions, sometimes even with the creature, or presumed creature's form. Some in Arcanum believe this is a figure acting against the Orders and their goals. However, I believe Marcy is just trying to protect those who can't protect themselves, those who are afflicted by curses that define their lives and change them forever.
