This text, though mostly legend, is assembled from common tomes throughout Eeradae including: The Book of Kysa, The Champions of the Gods, and others.
Alnu saw that nature produced both good and evil. At times evil and strife would overcome the world through the presence of the Gitrah — the dark lord's forces. Erta rose from the seas and were granted trials from The Many. Success in these trials equated to gifts of magic from the Gods, beginning with fire from Fira.
Alnu approached Hind knowing the Erta and the world needed their help as darkness grew and the Erta would at times turn on one another. Arka and Alnu held a gathering of The Many to form champions — demigods. These beings would be sent to Eeradae to balance and restore the good — knowing the battle against evil would persist.
In this gathering of The Many, Ebe convinced the others that their champions should be made as equals of the Erta to relate and band with the civilized worlds. Though, Ebe knew these demigods would hold mortal frailties (as the Erta did) and would make for better sport in the ensuing war.
As the war progressed, the Champions played their unique parts — each with their own endowment from The Many. Guli had foresight of Knowledge, staying one step ahead of the corrupt. Enlin harnessed life to awaken our fallen ancestors to fight along side us. Mina summoned creatures not of this world into the fields of battle to fight for the good. Anilor was one with nature, befriending dragons and beasts of the wilderness. Caurik summoned the storms and seas. Achus deceived behind enemy lines. Kysa rallied and inspired all factions to work together.
When The War of Everything was finally won, all Champions but one met defeat. Kysa survived. Her blood persists in our kingdom’s rulers. She is our chosen champion of the gods.
