C’tulexz

C’tulexz is one of the Elder Gods, who were imprisoned within the Veil of the World by the elves near the dawn of time.

She is shaped like a pyramid, with one eye for each of the 2.3 million blocks of limestone which comprise her body. If a sapient being makes eye contact with the goddess, they are rendered catatonic and their body made a mindless puppet.
